Return & Refund policy
AJIJO may refund for faulty products, if faults are reported within specified time. Fresh products ( generally stored within fridge) and frozen products must be reported within 4 hours of delivery. Other products must be reported within 1 day of delivery to be eligible for refund.
It is customers' responsibilities to store products as per instructions mentioned on products. AJIJO would not accept any request for refund, if products are damaged due to incorrect storage of products.
All products must be checked for any visible damages such as broken seal, damaged packet etc. AJIJO would not accept liability towards such damages, once delivery is accepted by a customer.
AJIJO would not accept any return of goods after delivery, if a customer changes their mind.
